What is life coaching, and how is it different from therapy?

Where do sessions take place?

Sessions are available virtually or in person in Pryor, OK and surrounding areas. You can choose what works best for your schedule and comfort level.

Is everything I share confidential?

Yes. Your privacy is a priority. Everything discussed during sessions is completely confidential and held with care and respect.

Can coaching help with anxiety or emotional burnout?

While coaching is not a substitute for therapy or medical treatment, it can support emotional wellness by helping you identify patterns, reduce overwhelm, and build strategies for peace and resilience. If your needs extend beyond coaching, we’ll help refer you to the right professionals.
